About The Position

This role can be based at our US location: Denver, CO. Vantage is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Cost Analyst to support cost tracking, documentation, and financial coordination across our Data Center development projects. This role will work closely with the Construction Cost & Finance team to assist with pay application review (G702/G703), lien waiver tracking, cost data analysis, and construction spend alignment. The Construction Cost Analyst will utilize systems like ProCore and Yardi to organize project cost information, support invoice and contract processing, and help ensure accurate, timely reporting on construction performance.
