The coordinator will work with the lead coordinator, and mitigation supervisor to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes scoping the loss, scheduling customers and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program daily.
