Your Day-to-Day • Coordinate and oversee administrative operations supporting site management, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities and long-term objectives.• Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, access, training documentation, and compliance requirements for all Westinghouse personnel.• Administer daily time entry processes within the appropriate payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to customer-specific procedures.• Prepare, review, and maintain payroll upload files and ensure seamless customer verification and reporting.• Develop, manage, and distribute financial reports and analytical documentation for Westinghouse and client stakeholders, utilizing sound judgment to maintain accuracy and relevance.• Serve as the primary contact for resolving invoice discrepancies related to payment status, job titles, classifications, and pay rates.• Communicate directly with client Accounts Payable teams to confirm timely receipt, review, and approval of invoices.• Compile and transmit weekly financial and payroll uploads to client representatives, maintaining strict adherence to reporting standards.• Address inquiries from the corporate payroll office, ensuring prompt issue resolution and effective communication to maintain compliance.• Perform thorough reviews of corporate financial reports, identifying discrepancies and taking proactive corrective action.• Support broader operational needs by performing additional coordinator duties as assigned, maintaining flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks, drug screening, and medical evaluations.
  • Capable of performing essential physical tasks including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nuclear operations, industrial coordination, or field administrative support strongly preferred.
