Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and communicate reconstruction schedules
  • Coordinate materials, selections, deliveries, and vendors
  • Track job progress, documentation, and compliance in operating systems
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners about schedules and next steps
  • Assist the Production Manager by solving problems before they escalate
  • Make informed decisions daily to keep jobs moving
  • Maintain detailed job notes, timelines, and documentation
  • Use Microsoft 365, RMS, and other systems extensively
