About The Position

Repsol is hiring a Construction Coordinator to support the Marcellus Asset within the Unconventional Business Unit. This role is based onsite from our office in Horseheads, New York plus time onsite in the field. The Construction Coordinator supports the Sr. Project Execution Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities for Marcellus surface facilities, including well pad development, gas gathering pipelines, dehydration and compression sites, measurement facilities, and tie-ins. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient field execution and delivers high standards in safety, environmental protection, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. This position requires close daily collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Drilling & Completions, Midstream partners, S&E, Land/ROW, Survey, Asset Support, and construction contractors.

Requirements

  • Full U.S. work authorization without restrictions, conditions, or current/future sponsorship.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary technical or construction management coursework preferred.
  • 5+ years of construction experience in upstream or midstream natural gas development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Marcellus operational environment and Pennsylvania regulatory requirements.
  • Experience coordinating construction across multiple concurrent pads, pipelines, or facilities
  • Experience supporting brownfield tie‑ins and live‑gas coordination
  • Demonstrated field leadership and safety performance.
  • Familiarity with ASME B31.8, welding/NDE, hydrotesting, civil construction, and basic E&I.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, civil drawings, isometrics, and alignment sheets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams), PDF markup, and basic surveying/GPS tools.
  • Strong communication, contractor leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in rural, rugged field conditions.

  • Drive punch list closure and ensure timely restoration and compliance signoff.
