Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
• Proven experience as a Controller in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and job costing
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with project managers
• Monitor project financial performance and provide financial analysis
• Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training and guidance when necessary
• Participate in strategic financial planning to support company growth
