Requirements
- Experience - 10+ years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family or hospitality
- Technical Knowledge - strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications
- Software Proficiency - Revit required, Bluebeam, Newforma, MS Office
- Communication - successful communicator & collaborator in a high-energy team environment
- Licensure - preferred, but not required
