Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager (FM) with building-related tasks as necessary.
• Perform shop maintenance and case cleaning as required.
• Support other disciplines within the department with assigned work orders or preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Help maintain exterior drains, floor drains, and pump pit operations with the FM.
• Engage in basic HVAC and carpentry projects, including painting and roof maintenance.
• Conduct parking lot pothole repair and maintenance.
