About The Position

Are you a Superintendent who knows how to run concrete and civil work—and expects the job to be done right? At McGrath, our Superintendents lead from the field. You’ll be responsible for driving production, managing crews, and delivering high-quality work across civil and concrete projects. We self-perform a significant amount of our concrete work—including foundations, site utilities, and deep foundations—and we’re looking for someone who can lead that effort on-site.
