Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Knowledge of restoration processes and safety regulations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Certification in IICRC standards is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleanup and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.
Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques for effective debris removal.
Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration processes.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Document work performed and materials used for project tracking.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.
