We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location. Scope of Job: The Civil Engineer Intern is an entry level position for a graduate level Engineering student. The Civil Engineer Intern will be a contributing member of the Engineering Dpt. with a focus on site development civil designs as it pertains to SWPPP measures, grading/earthworks, structural plans, and geotechnical studies. The Civil Engineer Intern will assist the Engineering Team with generation of foundation designs, interpretation of geotechnical reports, and recommendations as it pertains to stormwater management and erosion control. The Civil Engineer Intern must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in communicating complex technical topics with nontechnical audiences. The Civil Engineer Intern will be responsible for clear communication and effective interactions both within the Company and externally with Company consultants, contractors, clients, and partners. Internship Duration: 12 weeks beginning May 2026. Location in Denver Colorado preferred.
