Requirements

• 2–3+ years of carpentry or construction experience

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physically ready to handle real jobsite work

Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints and laying out projects with precision
• Cutting, shaping, and installing materials
• Framing structures, installing doors, windows, and trim
• Repairing and building frameworks, floors, and fixtures
• Working with power tools safely and efficiently
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and moving forward
