Feel free to check us out: https://www.instagram.com/servproteamwall/?hl=en We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Construction Carpenter (Construction Services Lead) to join our growing team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of construction tasks on small projects—rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets would include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results and excellent service to our clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred)
  • Strong construction skills with experience in multiple trades
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
  • Must work well independently and within a team environment to build each other up and be supportive.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic hand tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: experience with carpentry, painting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Insurance restoration/rebuild background
  • Familiarity with scopes, sketches, or Xactimate-style estimates
  • Experience in occupied residential and commercial settings

Responsibilities

  • Structural framing and repair of damaged building components
  • Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repair
  • Roof patching and minor exterior roofing repairs (flashing)
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Finish carpentry (Doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc)
  • Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl
  • Siding repair and exterior finish work
  • Window removal and installation
  • Basic service-level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Assisting mitigation in demo of MEPS disconnects and cabinetry/countertops
  • Selective demolition required to complete reconstruction
  • Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businesses
  • Support project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards
  • Assist with project scheduling, punch lists, and material logistics
  • Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination
