The Construction & Capital Projects Coordinator will support the Facilities department’s project team by managing projects and tasks to successful completion within approved budget and time frame while accomplishing quality deliverables. The role will develop project estimates, distribute plans and specifications for bidding, and perform on-site coordination of installs to oversee project completion. The role will interact frequently with internal and external teams, customers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors. The Construction & Capital Projects Coordinator must have a valid driver's license. This position is based in Livonia, MI and is 100% onsite.
