About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Build Estimator. The company has been in business for almost 30 years, advertises with top media personalities and major networks, spending millions in advertising each year. Clients include Tesla, Mercedes, GM, Disney, and NASA.

Requirements

• Must be very detail oriented and able to work in a super fast paced environment
• Computer experience necessity
• Ability to learn how to read simple drawings
• Must be well versed in MS Office (Must be proficient with Excel)
• Must have worked in a similar capacity managing multiple projects at a time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with divergent groups required
• Must have a clean background
• Must be local/Not remote

Nice To Haves

• Experience with steel structure estimating preferred not required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing a large volume of project estimates on simple computer software
• Provide competitive estimates on structural and divisional items for steel projects
• Utilize vendor software to provide accurate quotes while paying attention to the building codes for each county or city
