About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler Construction Assistant Superintendent to oversee our construction projects.  As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Supporting all areas of the sprinkler construction projects under the direction of the Superintendent and Construction Director.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction management -Sprinkler Installation
• 10+ years of fire alarm installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent/ Project Manger in all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
• Manage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage all field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance.
