Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous pipeline construction experience preferred
  • Ability to establish relationships and lead people
  • Specific roles may require relocation
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, CMiC, Primavera, Bluebeam

  • Previous pipeline construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Project planning and coordination with Owner and Subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain lookahead construction schedule
  • Safety and quality control management, including scheduling of third-party inspection
  • Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
  • Change order management
  • Manage critical subcontractors
  • Manage Project Engineers
  • Develop proposed resolutions for differing site conditions
  • Perform constructability reviews throughout design phase
  • Manage submittals and ensure specification compliance
  • Develop RFIs and collaborate with design team on expedited resolution
  • Obtain required encroachment permits and coordinate with city inspectors
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
