Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous pipeline construction experience preferred
- Ability to establish relationships and lead people
- Specific roles may require relocation
- Proficient in Word, Excel, CMiC, Primavera, Bluebeam

Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination with Owner and Subcontractors
- Develop and maintain lookahead construction schedule
- Safety and quality control management, including scheduling of third-party inspection
- Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
- Change order management
- Manage critical subcontractors
- Manage Project Engineers
- Develop proposed resolutions for differing site conditions
- Perform constructability reviews throughout design phase
- Manage submittals and ensure specification compliance
- Develop RFIs and collaborate with design team on expedited resolution
- Obtain required encroachment permits and coordinate with city inspectors
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
