  • Project planning, scheduling and coordination, including participation in work plan development
  • Safety and quality control management
  • Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
  • Change order management
  • Managing critical subcontractors and process equipment suppliers
  • Coordination with design consultants through design completion on Design-Build projects
  • Obtain and review submittals for compliance with contract documents and distribute to Owner/design consultants for formal review
  • Draft and submit Requests for Information as required
  • Assume responsible charge of process mechanical material and equipment tracking, including development of detailed takeoffs/logs and ensuring delivery prior to scheduled installation dates
  • Manage Project Engineers and collaborate with other Assistant Project Managers in responsible charge of other scopes of work
  • Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment and tools management
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Ability to establish relationships and lead people
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous water treatment construction experience preferred
