About The Position

The House Framing Assembler is responsible for constructing and assembling wood framing components for residential structures, including walls, floors, and roof systems. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, use power tools, and work efficiently in a fast-paced construction or warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous framing, construction, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Comfortable using power tools and working with lumber
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Reliable and able to meet production deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood framing components such as wall panels, floor systems, and roof trusses
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and measurements
• Use hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills) safely and effectively
• Position materials according to specifications
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity of assemblies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
