As the Construction and Inventory Specialist , you will be responsible for managing a wide range of functions in ensuring that all materials and services required for construction projects are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to identify needs, analyze pricing, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement process. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
