About The Position
The Construction Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting national renovation efforts (budget variance, vendor management, quality control, timeline management, and scheduling). Responsible for managing the full construction 'life-cycle' of our assets. This position will work within the Investment Management team to deliver on the investment thesis. In support of nationwide construction efforts, the Construction Analyst will provide aide to production workflow, audit construction results, and identify and publish construction trends.
