About The Position

As a Construction Advocate, you will interact with management companies, HOA’s and homeowners to gain access to backyard easements and assist customers with property damage claims.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High School Degree or GED
Clean driving record
College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate with management companies, HOA’s and homeowners to gain access to their property
Work with customers to file property damage claims
Manage customer relationships and expectations
Work professionally and diplomatically with a variety of people within and outside of Kinetic
Track and report on jobs in various phases within Planning Engineering or Construction
Work from our offices and job sites when needed
Always represent Kinetic in a professional manner
Other activities as assigned by management
