About The Position

Requirements

• Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with property management companies, homeowners associations, and homeowners to gain access to properties.
• Assist clients in filing claims for property damage.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations professionally.
• Work diplomatically with various stakeholders inside and outside of Windstream.
• Follow up and report on projects at different stages within Engineering Planning or Construction.
• Work from office and job sites as necessary.
• Represent Kinetic professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
