The CM-CA will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to the administration of construction, design/build, engineering, and facilities management for complex-construction projects. Services will include, but not limited to, pre-design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction services, claims services, administration services, and technical specialty services. Requirements

U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check
Degree or equivalent work experience required
Must provide 3 examples of comparable projects
3+ years of hands-on construction experience
Strong working knowledge of general/subcontractor operations and quality assurance
Experience with construction project software and documentation tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
