Requirements

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with permitting and NOC's.
  • Familiarity with scheduling boards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Service Manager in job scheduling for the Electricians.
  • Prepare work tickets for the Service Electrician and ensure paperwork is filled out properly before submitting to billing.
  • Type proposals and follow up on their status.
  • Maintain the scheduling board and the status of service jobs board.
  • Prepare Permits and NOC's to submit to building departments.
  • Manage binders for all current and upcoming service jobs.
  • Ensure timesheets for the Service Guys are properly filled out and submitted.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service job requests.
  • Check emails for any service job requests.
  • Order material for service van replenishment and upcoming jobs.
