Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process all paperwork associated with projects, certificates of insurance and bonds, lien waivers, and miscellaneous vendor requirements.
• Coordinate with project team to process day-to-day administration for Job/Project, including expense reports, customer billing, vendor invoices, and union payroll.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Project Accountants, and other departments to accomplish essential project tasks.
• Assist in managing the workflow of subcontractors, focusing on the review and approval process for trade subcontractors.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible to facilitate a smooth and efficient audit process.
• Collaborate with auditors to address any questions or discrepancies and provide additional information as needed to support the audit findings.
