We are expanding our Data Center Innovations division and are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will oversee large and complex projects, setting strategies and goals for successful project execution.

  • Manage all project activities and resources, define team assignments, and serve as the primary contact for industrial clients throughout project implementation.
  • Take financial responsibility for projects, ensure accurate reporting, uphold company policies, and maintain compliance with guidelines.
  • Provide timely information to stakeholders, make decisions considering the impact on various departments, and ensure smooth cross-department coordination.
  • Facilitate timely invoice payments from clients, oversee pre-construction budgets, manage client and subcontractor change orders, and conduct monthly project accounting reviews.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, monitor the change issue log, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Select, coach, and manage staff, fostering positive relationships with field personnel and craft foremen.
  • Manage a portion of annual sales, provide support to clients on project financials, and take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Suretrak), and knowledge of SharePoint and codes.
  • CPM professional designations.
  • Experience in low voltage systems (HVAC Controls, Fire Alarm, Security).
  • Basic estimating skills.
