About The Position

As the Consolidation Manager at Topgolf, you will play a key role in managing our monthly financial consolidation process, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to technical accounting initiatives. You will oversee intercompany transactions, elimination entries, and system maintenance across SAP S4/HANA and OneStream to ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation. This position will also work cross-functionally with our technical accounting and financial reporting teams to assist with new accounting standards, SEC reporting, and special projects. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to global operations and executive leadership, ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative finance professional.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting or consolidation experience, including at least 3 years in a collaborative team environment.
  • Solid experience with SAP S4/HANA or other large ERP systems; OneStream experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842).
  • Proven ability to draft clear, concise technical accounting memos and documentation.
  • Experience with variance analysis and preparation of external financial reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA preferred.
  • OneStream experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly corporate consolidation process, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and related documentation.
  • Manage and maintain the consolidation systems (SAP S4/HANA and OneStream), including data mapping and interface integrity.
  • Support internal financial reporting processes by preparing and consolidating underlying financial data for disclosures.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual SEC reporting activities in collaboration with the Financial Reporting team.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and draft memoranda on new or complex accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842).
  • Collaborate with external auditors and respond to audit inquiries, supporting a smooth audit process.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows.
  • Participate in ad-hoc and special projects as assigned, including accounting system upgrades and cross-functional initiatives.
