About The Position
We are excited to announce an opening for a Consignment Counter Support Associate at True Fashionistas in Naples, FL. As a key member of our consignment counter team, you will be responsible for various tasks that require physical stamina and agility. The role involves running to the back to retrieve consigner-passed items, managing expired items, and moving bins that can weigh up to 40 pounds stacked six high. This position demands a significant amount of physical effort, as you will be on your feet for up to eight hours a day. In addition to the physical demands, effective communication is crucial for this role. You will be required to listen to a walkie-talkie for cues and instructions regarding your next tasks. Responsibilities also include clearing hangers from the checkout counter, organizing items, and maintaining constant movement throughout your shift. You will also be responsible for texting consigners to inform them that their items are ready, ensuring that your responses are accurate and appropriate.
