Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join our well-established team in Avon, Indiana. Our dedicated team works within a collaborative environment that is located on the campus of our IU West Hospital. We take pride in continuing to serve our diverse community with expert and compassionate care. This position is full-time with a flexible schedule of 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. The role includes a large shared call group with a great nurse triage system, typically requiring call 2-3 weeks a year. The position is 100% outpatient with an expected volume of 70-80 patients a week. Candidates must be comfortable working with Advanced Practice Providers and will have support and collaboration with a pharmacist. Procedures can include, but are not limited to, simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, and IUD placements. There is also an opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education.
