About The Position
The Conservation Specialist I plays a crucial role in advancing the science and conservation objectives of the San Diego Botanic Garden (SDBG). This position involves surveying, monitoring, collecting, conserving, growing, and restoring plants and ecosystems of conservation concern. The specialist will also maintain and enhance the gardens and grounds of SDBG and associated project sites, contributing to the overall mission of creating, sharing, and applying plant wisdom in the world.
