About The Position
Eastern Sierra Land Trust is seeking a conservation coordinator to join our team in Bishop, California. This position will primarily support our stewardship and community connections programs, helping increase organizational capacity during the busy spring, summer and fall seasons. This is a full-time, seasonal, non-exempt position with accrued benefits. The role is approximately 60% field-based and 40% office-based. ESLT provides a fully equipped office and a vehicle for all work-related travel.
