About The Position

Under supervision, performs routine data gathering and project implementation duties in support of the District's programs to inform and educate the public about efficient water use and conservation while learning and applying conservation program practices and techniques; and performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Courses in earth or plant sciences, marketing, journalism or a related field.
  • Three years of progressively responsible office or field experience.
  • Valid Nevada driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under the District's Vehicle Insurance Policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful customer service experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with landscape irrigation systems and horticulture.
  • Ability to explain complex documents and processes clearly.
