About The Position
The Connection Corner Assistant II is responsible for overseeing public technology operations and assisting customers with the use of computers, iPads, iMacs, and any other technology in Connection Corner. This position requires providing customer service, performing circulation functions, planning and promoting programs, and assisting children with various activities. The role may also involve being responsible for the whole building occasionally.
