About The Position

The Connected Vehicle - Engineering Intern position at International Motors is a summer internship designed for students pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field. Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or project experience in automotive engineering is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Previous internships or work experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and integration of connected vehicle technologies
• Support the design and implementation of software and hardware solutions for connected vehicle platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, electrical engineers, and data scientists, to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow
• Participate in testing and validation of connected vehicle systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new features and enhancements for connected vehicle technologies
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and findings

Benefits

• Expected compensation hourly pay ranges from $24 - $38/hour based on year in school
