About The Position

We are hiring a Connected Products Marketing Manager to launch connected products under various Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) brands, including Yale and Moen. This position will report directly to the Director of Brand and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field required
• 3+ years of product marketing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and agencies/partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into product benefits across audiences and use cases
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Natural curiosity and a desire to continue to learn and further your skillset
• Results-oriented with a positive 'can-do' attitude and a strong desire to get things done.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience launching Connected and/or Multi-Family Housing products or services preferred
• Experience with Adobe products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Launch Multi-Family Home, Pro, and Consumer connected products by developing impactful, integrated product launch communications and content product messaging, digital assets, and sales support materials.
• Assist in all Go-To-Market planning, strategy, and execution for new product launches by partnering with established FBIN COE (Center of Excellence) teams: category management, channel marketing, brand development, digital and creative.
• Serve as project manager to track & execute all commercialization activity for assigned new product launches. Gather inputs from internal stakeholders & organize project schedules, incorporating internal and external partner timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product content development, production, and execution for new products. This includes managing and facilitating budgets, timelines, briefs to internal and external teams and agencies, and regular status meetings.
• Develop expertise in the Fortune Brands Innovations portfolio's connected products.
