The Connected Customer Supervisor is a Floor & Decor supervisor responsible for managing a dynamic team of customer service associates. This role will oversee the processes relating to cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, e-commerce support, in addition to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Successful connected customer supervisors are team builders, customer service champions, detail oriented and highly organized, with excellent communication and listening skills.
