The Connected Customer Specialist is a key member of the Floor & Decor store operations team. This role supports our customers with their merchandise needs, in addition to supporting the store merchandising standards including store pricing and inventory integrity. This role is responsible for maintaining price changes, SKU labeling, e-commerce inquiries, and processing returned merchandise. Successful Connected Customer Specialists are customer service champions, detail-oriented, and highly organized with excellent communication and listening skills.
