About The Position

The ConnectWise Revenue Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing both the billing lifecycle and service agreement processes within the ConnectWise platform for managed service provider (MSP) clients. This position ensures accurate, timely invoicing and the seamless configuration and maintenance of client agreements, aligning operational execution with financial performance and client satisfaction. The specialist's expertise contributes directly to revenue integrity, workflow efficiency, and strategic profitability across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, as well as 2+ years in an administrative/operations position.
  • 4+ years of experience with Connectwise Manage/PSA billing processes.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and/or relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Prior experience successfully meeting performance expectations in a remote position is highly desired.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, an efficiency rockstar, and an excellent verbal and written communicator in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and independently implement prescribed processes and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of requests and tasks; time management; can-do attitude; and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and carry out assigned tasks to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem analysis skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong proficiency in workplace software applications (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook; Teams) and PowerBI.
  • Strong understanding of MSP billing models (fixed fee, T&M, project-based).
  • Experience with agreement setup and management in Connectwise.
  • Proficiency in generating and customizing Connectwise reports.
  • Detailed understanding of MSP service delivery models and contract structures.
  • Experience with Connectwise products and integration points.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating agreement profitability.
  • Understanding of SLA configuration and monitoring.
  • Experience with MSP pricing models and service bundles.
  • Knowledge of contract management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full billing cycle in ConnectWise, including invoice creation, processing, and distribution ensuring timeliness and compliance.
  • Ensure billing accuracy through reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and client record maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, agreement misconfigurations, or workflow inefficiencies.
  • Create, configure, and maintain client service agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and client deliverables.
  • Implement SLA settings, billing parameters, and work type mappings for accurate service alignment.
  • Leverage ConnectWise tools and reporting to monitor agreement performance, renewals, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with service delivery and sales teams to ensure billing and agreements reflect actual services and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline revenue-related processes.
  • Stay up to date with ConnectWise updates and leverage new features to improve billing and agreement workflows.
  • Review PowerBI reporting data with Customer Success team to ensure accuracy of data presented to customers for QBR meetings and weekly meetings.
