Requirements

• High School degree required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship skills.
• Strong business communication skills (telephone, e-mail, written).
• Knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office suite; general keyboard and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Decision making and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with employees requesting leaves by reviewing medical certifications, employer contracts and all other relevant information.
• Provide strong customer service by delivering accurate information to customers, expressing appropriate empathy, and resolving customer issues.
• Create detailed/appropriate documentation for internal cross-functional business partners.
• Undergo extensive training on claims adjudication and advance into senior and/or lead level roles.
