What You Will Do: Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Conflicts, the Conflicts Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks. Essential Job Requirements: Performing conflict searches for new clients, matters and lateral attorney hires; distributing relevant search results regarding same. Assisting attorneys and secretaries with conflicts and new client/matter opening procedures. Processing of requests in new client/matter workflow application. Ensuring engagement letter, conflict waiver and opposing counsel requirements are met. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Firm's names database.
