Ballard Spahr seeks to hire a customer service and detail-oriented Conflicts and Business Intake Analyst. This position serves as an integral member of the firm-wide business intake team within the Risk Management Department, supporting multiple business-critical processes. This position will collaborate closely with members of both the Conflicts and Business Intake team and the Centralized Conflicts Clearance team. This position is remote for candidates located in states where Ballard Spahr has a presence, with the expectation of onsite attendance as needed. Further, candidates must be able to work one shift per week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. After training, candidates will be required to provide on-call weekend coverage for about 10 weekends per year and share holiday coverage with the team. Why Join Us?
