About The Position

Fennemore is a full-service business law firm with a 140-year legacy of excellence and a future defined by innovation. We are not your traditional law firm, and that's on purpose. With 20 offices across the Western U.S., we're breaking growth records as one of the fastest-growing firms in the country. We embrace change, set new standards for how a modern law firm operates, and create environments where both clients and colleagues grow. We build our people-first philosophy on collaboration and creativity. Industry recognition for retention, workplace culture, and job satisfaction reflects that commitment. We're proud to foster a strong sense of community, a genuine commitment to work-life balance, and a diverse and inclusive work environment where passionate professionals feel valued and supported. Fennemore has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, remote Conflicts Analyst to join our growing firm. At Fennemore, you'll be part of a collaborative legal team where your work truly matters. Reporting to the Conflicts and Compliance Manager, you'll help support new business intake and attorney onboarding by resolving conflicts of interest. Your diligence helps protect client relationships and ensures compliance with firm policies and ethical rules. While this position is remote, please note that most of our offices operate in Mountain and Pacific time zones, so candidates must be available to work MST or PST business hours. As part of our commitment to collaboration and excellence, this role requires flexibility in daily work schedules during periods of high workload, adhering to departmental and Firm goals and policies, and performing other duties as assigned to support the success of the department and organization.
