About The Position

The Confirmation Supervisor manages the confirmation process for all in-home consultations, installations, and follow-ups. This role is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will also supervise a small team of confirmation staff, providing training, support, and performance oversight.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or team management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic computer programs
  • Ability to lead a team, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service or call center operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the confirmation process for all appointments, leads, and installations
  • Supervise a team of confirmation specialists, including training, coaching, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure that all customer appointments are confirmed accurately via phone, email, or text
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or issues with appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM with confirmation details
  • Monitor metrics such as confirmation rates, no-shows, and reschedules, and provide reports to management
  • Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure schedules are optimized
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and address any customer concerns professionally
