About This Role Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results, Working closely with scheduling and sales teams Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives Schedule: M-F 11am to 8pm, Weekend schedule flexibility 9am to 7pm at least one weekend day

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance, call center role
  • Experience outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 40 WPM or more
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Familiarity with Five9 - a plus!
  • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - a plus!
  • Active listening skills and ability to build rapport
  • Outgoing personality, assertive and professional
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements
  • Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results
  • Working closely with scheduling and sales teams
  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
