Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Configuration Training Specialist - Journeyman to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As a Configuration Training Specialist - Journeyman, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Develops, updates, and coordinates C2ISR training materials supporting hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
Works with SMEs, Technical Trainers, and ISDs to maintain lesson plans, iTMs, student guides, instructor guides, job aids, and lab exercises covering fundamental operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures.
Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to manage course schedules, enrollments, training records, and completion data.
Compiles performance-based assessment and proficiency results to identify remediation needs and support mission-readiness reporting.
Supports configuration control and standardization of training products and templates across the program.
Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Configuration Training Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a BA/BS or 3 years’ experience with a MA/MS or 0 years’ experience with a PhD. or 9 years' w/o degree or 7 years' with AS/AA
• A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
• US citizenship is required
• DoD 8140 role for WRC: 411; Element: IT; Work Role: Technical Support Specialist; Proficiency Level: Intermediate

Nice To Haves

• DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
