About The Position

Ensure timely completion of client Configurations Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics team to coordinate client orders Communicate with client to troubleshoot Builds and Quality control documentation Image and configure computers, phones, tablets and other equipment as assigned Complete Quality Checklist and required paperwork for each system imaged Maintain compliance with HTG corporate expectations and procedures This is a warehouse job and warehouse environment. Applicants must be willing and able to participate in basic warehouse operations outside of normal duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years' experience in configuration, SCCM/WDS environment
• Familiarity with computer concepts: hardware and networking
• Competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
• Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment related to job duties
• Technical Writing and Documentation
• Time Management and Workflow optimization

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Windows Autopilot experience is highly desired
