About The Position
The Configuration Technician I role at World Wide Technology involves performing production-level logical configurations and testing of various networking, wireless, telecom, and collaboration devices. This position requires following detailed work instructions provided by the engineering team and collaborating cross-functionally within the Supply Chain organization. The technician will ensure proper functionality and operation of devices while assisting in troubleshooting and optimizing work instructions.
