About the Role The Configuration Specialist supports internal and external clients by configuring electronic devices with Signant Health software for use in clinical studies. This role is responsible for ensuring software is accurately installed, tested, and prepared to support global clinical trial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, meeting shipment timelines, and ensuring devices are ready for deployment to research sites worldwide.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)

  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical or clinical research environment
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Experience with software configuration or data programming
  • Inventory or warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of Android and/or iOS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Install Signant Health software onto handheld electronic devices
  • Perform quality checks to ensure correct software installation
  • Manage workload to meet required shipping deadlines
  • Troubleshoot devices and software issues as needed
  • Maintain strong stock control procedures and inventory accuracy
  • Promote continuous improvement within the Fulfillment team
  • Adhere to site Health & Safety standards at all times
  • Support additional operational responsibilities as required
