About The Position

We are currently seeking a talented Configuration Specialist to join our Digitial Activation Analytics & Campaign Compliance team within Journey 5. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing global campaign automation and execution across our omnichannel infrastructure, which includes email, push notifications, SMS, and in-platform channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing global automated campaigns: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of automated communications. You will work with requestors across different journeys, translating business requirements into action on a global scale. From communication ideation to execution, you will be the bridge between technical, commercial, and legal teams, driving automated client communications. Configuring and deploying communications: You will play a key role in enabling efficient and scalable communication. You will use internal systems and data to connect clients with TREA content, spanning legal, transactional and marketing objectives. Communication testing and optimization: You will work closely with our business and data analysts to assess campaign performance and improve client engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance. Document and maintain communication overviews: You will translate your automations into a repository for internal and external stakeholders. By simplifying technical infrastructures into understandable communication triggers, this documentation serves as a reference point for live client communications. Leverage technical precision: By working with internal systems and the Outbound Communication Products team, you will troubleshoot global communication rollouts, tailoring configurations to local market requirements. In this process, you will be a super user of our systems, identifying opportunities for UX/UI development. Therefore, experience in HTML or Css and an adaptability to new technical interfaces is a plus.
